Monitor contractor compliance with project HSE plans, procedures, and statutory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify unsafe acts and conditions. Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements, project specifications, and local regulations. Participate in daily site walks, toolbox talks, and safety meetings. Review contractor HSE documentation including risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response plans. Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and assist in preparing investigation reports. Track corrective and preventive actions and verify their closure. Monitor high-risk activities including: Work at Height Lifting Operations Excavation Activities Confined Space Entry Hot Work Activities Electrical Works Ensure availability and proper use of PPE across project sites. Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, observations, and safety statistics. Participate in emergency drills and verify emergency preparedness. Support the implementation of environmental management requirements. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives on HSE matters. Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for PMC management. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of HSE experience, preferably within PMC, infrastructure, construction, or engineering consultancy projects. Experience working on infrastructure, utilities, roads, buildings, or industrial projects is preferred. Certifications: NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent First Aid Certification (Preferred) Fire Safety Training (Preferred) OSHA Certification (Preferred) We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
