Architectural Coordinator/ Engineer

About the role

Job Scopes: Oversee all aspects of architectural coordination, installation works, and site execution for construction projects. Coordinate with architectural subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper scheduling, smooth communication, and timely execution of works according to approved drawings and specifications. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and authority regulations. Liaise closely with consultants, clients, project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve architectural and technical issues on site. Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved architectural specifications and safety requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure proper integration between architectural, structural, and M&E works. Track and manage architectural work schedules, site issues, variation works, and rectification matters. Maintain proper records, reports, inspection documents, and coordination correspondences. Ensure all architectural works are carried out in accordance with project timeline, quality standards, and authority requirements including PUB project specifications. Provide leadership and effective coordination among subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements (Qualification & Experience): Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry. Experience in PUB projects or government projects will be an added advantage. Familiar with architectural coordination, shop drawing submissions, and site execution processes. Knowledge of local authority requirements, construction standards, and site coordination practices in Singapore. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other construction-related software. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment. Work location is in the west of Singapore.
