For more information, visit WPP.com . Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SFCC B2C Commerce development, customization, integrations, and performance optimization. You will work closely with technical leads, architects, QA, and business teams to build and enhance enterprise eCommerce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain SFCC B2C Commerce applications.
• Work on SFRA architecture, cartridges, controllers, ISML templates, hooks, and job frameworks.
• Build and support integrations with third-party systems such as Payment Gateways, ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, and Marketing platforms.
• Develop and consume REST APIs, OCAPI, and SCAPI services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow SFCC development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
• Support deployment activities and production releases.
• Contribute to technical documentation and development estimates.
• Required Skills
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware / SFCC B2C).
• Strong knowledge of SFRA, ISML, Controllers, Cartridges, OCAPI, SCAPI, Hooks, and Jobs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and integration development.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Good understanding of eCommerce concepts including Catalog, Checkout, Promotions, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred Skills
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Headless or Composable Commerce architectures.
• Experience with frontend technologies and frameworks.
• SFCC certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant SFCC certifications will be an added advantage.
