Perform structural design and analysis for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and related infrastructure Lead or assist with preparation of construction plans, specifications, and design calculations Review shop drawings and construction submittals for compliance with design intent Evaluate existing structures, including precast and segmental systems Support roadway design and traffic control plan preparation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients/agencies Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 4+ years of relevant experience in structural/bridge design Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain) Strong working knowledge of CADD software (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD) Experience with structural analysis tools (e.g., STAAD.Pro or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong understanding of engineering drawings and design standards
