- Ability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and persistence in solving complex issues.
- Proficient in written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred:
- Experience in the energy or FERC-regulated industry.
- Knowledge of FERC reporting, the Uniform System of Accounts, and audit methodologies.
- Experience supporting compliance reviews or audits.
- Professional certification or working toward one is an asset.
- Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work model.
- Standard workweek with occasional extended hours as needed.
- Up to 10% travel across North America.
