The Contracts Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, managing, and tracking subcontractor and vendor agreements, ensuring full compliance with prime contract requirements, federal acquisition regulations, and program-specific contractual obligations. This role is critical to maintaining contract integrity, ensuring vendor accountability, and supporting compliant execution across all activities.
