Requirements

  • Shown experience in leading a sales team in the technology sector, with a strong preference for experience within the public sector or Federal Government accounts.
  • A consistent, verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of the Australian public sector procurement process and government contracting.
  • Established professional relationships within the Australian Federal Government.
  • Must currently hold unlimited working rights for Australia.
  • Prior experience working with Cisco's technology, partners and/or eco-systems.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic and logical approach with the ability to balance complex operational and business challenges
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, and comfortable working with both independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support the territory.
  • Active NV1 security clearance would be highly preferred.
