You will be developing digital learning modules through the use of AI tools and working on educational technology related projects as an intern under NLB Academy. [What you will be working on] Convert classroom-based Foundation and Advanced Programme materials into structured microlearning modules, interactive assessments, explainer videos and multimedia assets, working closely with instructional design consultants and AI technology vendors Apply generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to draft scripts, develop storyboards and produce finalised digital learning content that is accurate, engaging and aligned with NLB Academy's learning objectives Serve as a day-to-day technical resource within NLB Academy, helping colleagues navigate and apply AI tools and digital learning platforms, and responding to edtech-related queries from internal stakeholders Research and evaluate emerging AI and edtech tools, recommending practical applications that could improve how NLB Academy designs, delivers and measures learning Prepare user guides, how-to documentation and reference materials to support staff adoption of new educational technologies Conduct quality assurance checks and user acceptance testing on digital learning products prior to deployment, identifying issues and working with relevant parties to resolve them Monitor learner feedback and usage data from deployed modules to surface improvement areas and recommend evidence-based enhancements Support coordination between internal stakeholders and external technology partners, ensuring alignment on project requirements, timelines and deliverables Assist in tracking project progress across digital learning initiatives, maintaining documentation and flagging risks or delays to the supervisor in a timely manner Support digital initiatives under the Skills-Up Programme and Mentoring Support Programme as required [What we are looking for] Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, particularly AI and its applications in learning and workforce development Proactive and self-directed learning mindset, with the ability to pick up new digital tools and technologies quickly and apply them with purpose Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess content quality, evaluate technology options and translate ideas into practical digital learning solutions Clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders including internal colleagues, AI vendors and external consultants, and to explain technical concepts in an accessible and user-friendly manner Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities without compromising on quality Collaborative team player who is willing to contribute across different workstreams and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team We welcome applicants who additionally bring any of the following: Familiarity with generative AI tools, prompt engineering or AI-assisted content creation Exposure to digital learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design or microlearning principles Experience with video editing, multimedia production or digital content creation tools Basic knowledge of data analytics, reporting or dashboarding tools Prior experience is not required.
