Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and project requirements.

- Attend site meetings, tender briefings and site inspections when required.
- Negotiate and close final accounts with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update the company's material, subcontractor and labour cost database.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction.
- Experience in landed residential and commercial projects such as restaurants, retail shops and offices will be advantageous.
- Able to understand architectural, interior design and M&E drawings.
- Knowledge of tendering, procurement, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and microsoft project.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam or other quantity take-off software will be advantageous.
- Good negotiation, communication and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with different project stakeholders.
- Meticulous, responsible and commercially aware.
