Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Incumbent must possess the knowledge skills and abilities in order to: Properly account for ordnance transfers and identify inaccuracies Successfully identify trends of inaccuracies and provide a course of action to correct Be familiar with the procedural compliance aspect of ordnance inventory Possess a working knowledge of NAVSUP P-724 Review and analyze sampling and wall-to-wall inventory results in order to identify and discern trends Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
