40-hour Workweek Includes:Annual Salary choice of $94,000-$100,000*+Minimum 25 billed hoursSchedule: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm (can flex 10am-7pm if prefer)License fees paidLiability insurance coverage401(k) account with contribution matchingIn-House CEU Program including 42+ hours of virtual and in-person CEU classes every yearGym membership stipend15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 12 paid holidays annuallyHealth, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your familyCollaborative team approachExcellent staff to help with administrative burdensInsurance claims entirely handled by our staffPre-qualified clientsExcellent comprehensive benefitsTime allocated for case managementWeekly group consultations with fellow providersSupport in continuing education in order to earn desired certificatesPotential for growth into lead positionsVirtual and In-person company gatheringsWe're Seeking Professionals Who:Have an active California professional license LMFT , LPCC , or LCSWWork a minimum of 2 days per week in our Palm Desert, CA clinicHave experience with child/adolescent therapyEMDR Trained/Certified encouraged to applyAre passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive careHave experience providing services in an outpatient settingAre able to learn and manage multiple technological platformsHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsAre timely, diligent, detail-oriented and can work well in a teamAre comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and traumaValid NPI numberCompletion of 3000 supervised hours of practice post-Master's program and successful completion of the NCMHCE test (or it's equivalent) ANDCurrent CA resident able to provide 3 (three) professional references from the past 2 (two) years (professional references must have active licensure) Are able to meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels in particular:*Salary will be based on work week option and number of days in-person vs virtualHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Paid time offFlexible schedule
