Excellent customer service is a must! โก We're driven by curiosity, passion, optimism, and the belief that everybody can grow ๐ โก We start from the basis of respect, taking ownership and having initiative, empathy, and attitude ๐ RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Deliver customer satisfaction through exceptional service Quickly respond to customer requests as they arrive through phone calls, or ticket creation by the customer Ability to work in a team Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of incidents or service requests progress, notifying them of impeding changes or agreed outages Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels Responsible for entering time as it occurs Ensure detailed service tickets are maintained for each service request Creation and maintenance of SOPs and documentation Report to Professional Services recommendation to reduce the amount of ticket IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems, as well as virtual environments built on Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure, and VMware Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, etc Support of cloud solutions for customers including Microsoft 365, Azure, and other software as a service application Support remote access solutions: VPN, RDP, Windows 365 Work Hours: Monday-Friday 10 am - 7 pm Central Time.
