Responsibilities
- Work with our analytical and cyber cadre to initiate and conduct investigations and inquiries to determine if a foreign adversary or a malicious insider is attempting to gain access to sensitive technologies or members of the workforce who are working on sensitive programs.
- Provide briefings to educate the workforce about methodologies used by foreign intelligence services to corrupt an unwitting or vulnerable employee or otherwise gain access to sensitive programs.

- Salary Range:
- $113,600 - $221,100
- *Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
- Qualifications We Require:
- Bachelor's degree in a related subject area, plus eight (8) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience with a United States federal government agency or contractor of, such as the DOE, FBI, CIA, or DOD.
- Five (5) years of experience personally conducting and leading counterintelligence-specific investigations including trial preparation experience for either counterintelligence or law enforcement investigations.
- Federal investigative training certifications as a graduate of a U.S. Government federal agent criminal or counterintelligence investigative credentialing course.
- Counterintelligence specialization training as a graduate of a U.S. Government counterintelligence training and/or counterintelligence credentialing course addressing counterintelligence investigations specifically.
- Ten (10) years of work experience in a sensitive, classified environment.
- Investigative know-how within the counterintelligence field with specific experience in the collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination of Counterintelligence information.
- Experience in working with a task force or multi-agency program comprised of local, state and/or federal organizations.
- Active DOE Q-level security clearance or equivalent with the ability to obtain and maintain a SCI clearance, which may require a polygraph.
- Qualifications We Desire:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, having the ability to explain and document complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of investigative skills, to include case documentation, preservation of evidence, interviewing techniques, and liaison experience with other government and non-government agencies.
