HR Business Partner Support Support HR Business Partners in the delivery of employee lifecycle activities and people-related initiatives. Coordinate employee-related processes including onboarding, internal moves, promotions and offboarding activities. Prepare HR documentation and employee communications as required. Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance. Support immigration and employment administration activities. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Talent Acquisition Support Support Talent Acquisition activities throughout the whole recruitment lifecycle. Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate-related activities to ensure a positive candidate experience. Support hiring administration, onboarding activities and recruitment initiatives as required. Provide operational support across recruitment processes and initiatives as required. Learning & Development Support Support the delivery of Learning & Development initiatives across the organisation. Coordinate training activities, records and related documentation. Assist with reporting, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement of learning processes. Stakeholder Management & Team Support Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers and external partners. Collaborate across the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services. Provide flexible support across different HR disciplines according to business priorities. Promote a professional, proactive and service-oriented approach in all interactions.
