Responsibilities

• Screening & Interviewing
• Review resumes and applications against position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest and availability.
• Deliver structured candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordination & Administration
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Draft, edit and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
• Recruiting Operations Support
• Produce weekly pipeline reports and track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill)
• At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

This hands-on opportunity provides exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle within a federal consulting environment. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, offer support, and overall recruiting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for transitioning service members to gain practical experience in talent acquisition while supporting mission-driven federal programs.
