Receptionist / Service Crew (( sign on Bonus ))

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Familiar with POS system
• Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations;
• Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints
• Karaoke room allocation and arrangement
• Register all check-in customers
• Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by outlet manager

Requirements

• Preferably 2-year working experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Proactive and good communication skills
• Service-oriented
• Team player
• Able to work shifts
• Able to work on weekends and PH
• Willing to learn new software systems required for work
• Knowledgeable in Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage
• Good in oral and written communication
