- Proficient with delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), including establishing data standards and defining meaningful delivery metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across multiple organizational levels and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven success in leading process improvements and driving organizational change that enhances delivery outcomes.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build high-performing, empowered teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
