Security Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific requirements of the security industry, including topics such as security procedures, emergency response, surveillance techniques, and conflict resolution.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to engage learners and facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to participants throughout their training journey, addressing questions, concerns, and challenges as they arise.
• Stay abreast of developments in various industries, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
• Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment conducive to active participation, collaboration, and skill development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among participants, encouraging them to pursue ongoing education and certification opportunities.

Requirements

• GCE "O" Level holder (GCE 'N' Level holder with aptitude may be considered)
• Certified WSQ competent as Security Officer in accordance with PWM framework.
• Preferbly with ACLP or ACTA
