Where You'll Make a Difference Perform accurate and timely data entry related to maintenance, purchasing, and facility activities. Process requisitions and invoices in SAP, ensuring correct coding and on-time completion. Handle invoice data entry and supplier payment records in line with company procedures. Purchase spare parts, consumables, and services to support maintenance and production schedules. Coordinate contractor site access, including arrival assistance and completion of required documentation. Maintain and update internal systems and databases (e.g. AMPRO, environmental sustainability records, ABS, contractor hours). Order consumables for production and safety usage, ensuring continuity of operations. Manage employee services administration, including uniform system coordination. Maintain proper document control, filing systems, and administrative records. What Makes You the Right Fit Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications. Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for purchasing and invoicing activities. Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to analyze large volumes of data and produce clear, detailed reports. Well-developed organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. How Would You Stand Out? Previous experience in facility, maintenance, or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with AMPRO or other maintenance and compliance database systems. Experience supporting contractors and managing site access documentation. Why Choose Us?
