Strategic support: You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Security to develop and deliver security initiatives, including coordination with relevant authorities and external stakeholders. Analysis & reporting: Develop structured risk assessments, situational insights, and executive briefings to support strategic decision-making. Classified information protection expertise: Help shape and further develop the Classified Information Protection framework (GHB) and assume responsibility for the Security Officer (SiBe) role when required. Audit management: Take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and following up on internal and external audits related to corporate security and classified information protection, ensuring all requirements are met. Policy development: Shape and improve company-wide security policies and processes to ensure they are practical, effective, and fully aligned with regulatory requirements. Interface coordination: Act as the main interface for security-related topics across IT, HR, Facility Management, and Compliance, ensuring smooth coordination and cross-functional alignment. Qualification: Successfully completed Master's degree in a security-related field (e.g., security management, law with a security focus, criminology, intelligence and security studies) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in corporate security, ideally with exposure to the defense industry, security authorities, or environments with high security requirements. Expertise: Solid knowledge of classified information protection regulations and ideally national government compliance knwoldge. Security clearance: Willingness to undergo national government security clearance is mandatory. Languages: Fluent Greek and very good English language skills. Personality: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, initiative, high level of discretion, structured and solution-oriented working style, and strong communication skills.
