About the role

The HVAC Technician handles HVAC repairs and maintenance across the marketed area, ensuring systems are safe, reliable, and compliant. Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • State-issued HVAC license required
  • EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and scheduling
  • Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed
  • Work Environment
  • Daily travel to local properties
  • Mix of indoor and outdoor work
  • Physical role (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, etc.)
  • Additional Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
  • Employment contingent on background check

License needed : HVAC "Certified" License Compensation : $30.00 - $45.00 per hour (Base pay may be adjusted based on experience, licensure level, and location.) Schedule : Full-time, no on-call
