Job Description Summary: Position Overview: The Transition Services Manager is the face of the Global Advanced Care team. This role provides direct customer care and support for employees that are impacted by reduction in force, retiring or exploring separation from the Company, Managers and Strategic Business Partners. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: Responsible for providing a best-in-class employee experience for by personally assisting them through sensitive and complex events including (but not limited to) separation & retirement. Fully enable The Coca-Cola Company to successfully offboard large groups of employees during restructuring or plant closure events allowing the company to move quickly and efficiently into new operating models. Global Advanced Care support for highly sensitive escalations for employees and stakeholders Partner with Employee Relations team as they have employees exiting the company via ER terminations which can be sensitive in nature. Subject matter expert for separations (voluntary and involuntary). Education Requirements: 5+ years of Benefits Administration, Compensation, and/or Equity experience Ability to handle sensitive issues in an empathetic and supportive way. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve problems Proven ability to work independently while prioritizing competing deadlines and projects. Related Work Experience: Experience/knowledge related to offboarding Severance program administration/knowledge Functional Skills: Workday Strong to Excellent Excel skills Payroll Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15% Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
