- Advanced SaaS Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Zendesk.
- Modern MDM Mastery: Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows environments, specifically using Jamf and Intune.
- Security Integration: Practical experience managing CrowdStrike or similar EDR solutions at scale.
- Strategic Implementation: Demonstrated ability to transition IT departments from reactive support to proactive, AI-powered service models.
- Scale Experience: Prior experience working in a global B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity company of similar scale to Axonius.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Experience managing complex procurement, hardware lifecycles, and AV systems.
