The Implementation & Activation Coordinator is a critical foundational role responsible for establishing operational excellence. You will support the day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Working closely with your manager, you will produce effective solutions, offer unparalleled service, and contribute to achieving client targets. This role is essential for ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently, providing vital support across various media touchpoints. Core Responsibilities Support the booking, loading, optimizing, material instruction, and tracking of client media campaigns in line with marketplace best practice processes, applying insightful context and immaculate attention to detail. Contribute to the construction of insightful and progressive post-analysis reports. Ensure all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy, including bookings, loadings, account queries, and monthly proforma checks. Begin to establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives, and initiatives, and proactively contribute to building the agency's reputation for outstanding client service. Develop an understanding of the in-scope services for your clients and the process for completing work above and beyond. Engage with media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape and understand core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint. Engage with internal product teams, including WPP Media proprietary solutions teams, to understand their offerings and relevance to clients. Openly communicate and collaborate with all internal key stakeholders on delivery and reporting. Positively contribute to team meetings, leading some sections and owning follow-ups.
