Responsibilities
- Work with Central Operations to set and manage the P&L for the Platform.
- Ensure growth objectives are met consistently by creating and maintaining a strong growth and sales culture.

- Implement best practice operations to minimize and prevent E&O claims.
- Create and implement strategic initiatives to acquire target and desirable firms in order to expand Trucordia and Platform footprint.
- Adhere to financial, accounting and commission reconciliation schedules into Central Finance function.
- 10+ years' experience in senior or executive leadership with an insurance brokerage environment.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic financial, sales and operational initiatives.
- Significant background in creating, building and developing goal-achieving teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Insurance or similar area of study. MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
