Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles within high-growth, multinational organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience building and scaling recruiting functions in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruiting operations
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions including executive, corporate, operational, technical, and leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and hiring practices across MENA
  • Experience supporting Saudization and Emiratisation hiring initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with experience using recruiting metrics to drive performance
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled sourcing technologies
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
  • Strong alignment with Flow values, particularly Grow, Ship Now, and Act Like an Owner
