Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in creative strategy and performance marketing; essential in B2C mobile applications or performance-driven digital marketing for B2C products. Experience from branding agencies or B2B/irrelevant sectors is not suitable.

Creative Strategist Your main mission will be to boost creative innovation, transforming market insights into impactful campaigns that fuel growth. A crucial part of this role involves proactively integrating Artificial Intelligence tools and agents to accelerate testing, maximize ROI, and maintain our competitive edge. You'll collaborate closely with media buyers, the Social Media Manager, country leaders and external content producers and agencies. Key Missions: Strategy & Insights: Analyze global creative best practices across Meta Ads, TikTok & Pangle Ads, Google,Youtube and GDN Campaigns, and DSP, adapting concepts to linguistic and cultural specificities; collaborate with media buyers to leverage data and identify creative optimization levers based on CPI and CPA performance. Leadership & AI Expertise: Present monthly creative results, create guides for AI integration in the creative process, and train marketing teams on automation and AI tools while serving as the internal reference for new technologies. Creative Conception & Production: Generate innovative concepts for Paid Ads, UGC & Influencers, and AI experiences using automation and AI tools for rapid prototyping, while fully managing the identification, recruitment, and handling of freelancers and/or external agencies for production. Launch, Testing & Optimization: Autonomously propose and allocate daily creative testing budgets, adjusting in real-time based on ROAS, CPI & CPA with media buyers; as the lead of creative strategy, define and implement the A/B testing philosophy and process using AI scripts for continuous optimization.
