Responsibilities

  • Process Design and Facilitation: Participate in / lead process design workshops to capture and document the requirements of process owners and other subject matter experts;
  • Process Harmonization and Standardization: Bridge different business units by promoting the use of standard processes. Your work will be crucial in harmonizing and standardizing processes to increase efficiency and consistency;
  • Documentation and Quality Assurance: Hold responsibility for the correct, consistent, and error-free documentation of all business processes within our BPM tool (Signavio);
  • Tool Adherence and Raising-Awareness: Proactively promote adherence to updates and changes in our tools and working methods.
  • Required Experience & Education
  • A relevant university degree (e.g., Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a similar field);
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Process Management or related areas, with proven experience in designing Business Process Model diagrams that adhere to a defined structure;
  • Solid experience using BPM software solutions, Signavio is mandatory, Celonis is a plus;
  • Technical Skills
  • Overall knowledge of E2E process chains and a good understanding of how business models impact related processes;
  • Strong command of BPMN 2.0 and process modeling best practices;
  • Soft Skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic and organized approach;
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality and consistent work;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical BPM concepts to non-technical audiences;
  • Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and an international environment;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Availability to travel abroad for workshops (approximately 1-2 times per year);

Requirements

  • Prior process modeling experience within any Bosch environment;
  • German language skills are a valuable asset;
  • Completion of the "Managing Business Processes with SAP Signavio Solutions" course;
  • Other relevant BPM or process improvement certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean);
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
