Requirements

  • Diploma or its equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Google workspace
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good written/communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage to support business needs
  • Must be able to start immediately or within a short period
  • Ability to multitask

Additional Information

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations. This role offers exposure to both payroll and general HR functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment located at Joo Koon. Job Responsibilities: Assist in accurate and timely payroll processing Maintain employee records and HR databases Support HR operations, including leave, claims, and benefits administration Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities Oversee and manage the work permit application, renewal and cancellation process Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies Plan and organize Employee Engagement Activities and Events Familiar with Singapore employment law Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
