You will learn to: Ensure a smooth and efficient guest journey across both Front Office, Housekeeping, and technical department in a fast-paced, high-occupancy airport environment. Develop the ability to anticipate and respond to peak operational moments driven by flight schedules and delays, learning how to manage sudden demand surges and maintain service excellence in a highly dynamic environment. Act as the first point of contact for guests and internal departments, handling incidents, resolving complaints, and managing urgent operational situations with professionalism and confidence. Engage with guests in a warm, proactive, and solution-oriented way, providing information, answering questions, and offering tailored recommendations for Amsterdam and its surroundings. Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences, actively listening to guest feedback and turning challenges into memorable service moments. Oversee Guest Relations activities, including monitoring and responding to feedback on platforms such as ReviewPro, ensuring timely, high-quality, and brand-aligned responses. Ensure operational standards are consistently met across all Rooms Division departments, with strong focus on service quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and brand standards. Facilitate clear and effective communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, Technical Department, and other operational departments to ensure seamless coordination and a consistent guest experience. Conduct regular quality checks in guest rooms, public areas, and meeting facilities to ensure safety, presentation, and compliance with brand standards. Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and making practical, guest-focused recommendations to the Heads of Department. Participate in and lead operational projects that support your development into a well-rounded Rooms Division leader in a high-volume, international airport hotel environment. Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
