Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• As a Full Stack Engineer for FUGA, you will be responsible for developing, prototyping, and conceptualizing the current and future frontend architecture that powers the FUGA distribution platform.

Requirements

• TECH
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React (expert level).
• Solid knowledge of full stack development, with a strong frontend orientation.
• Understanding of optimizing production builds for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Understanding of API development and maintenance, with proven experience in Node.js or/and other backend languages.
• Some level of experience with Redis, including caching and distributed session management.
• Strong capability to address complex engineering topics like architecture and observability.
• Strong foundation in software development principles, including design patterns and testing strategies (unit and integration testing).
• Excellent communication with designers and product teams to translate business goals into effective technical solutions
• Interest in music technology or related fields.

• Decision Making: Make informed decisions about integrating existing libraries or packages versus building from scratch, focusing on long-term maintainability and efficiency.

• Conflict Resolution: Handling disagreements and conflicts within teams or across departments in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Presentation Skills: Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Staying updated with industry trends, exploring new tools and technologies, and encouraging a culture of innovation.
• Risk Management: Assess and address potential risks related to code changes and refactoring, keeping in mind the company's current QA process.
