- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate governance and ongoing oversight of PTO accrual programs, ensuring alignment between policy intent, HRIS/timekeeping configuration, payroll processing, and reporting; lead accrual audits, support corrections, and manage change control for system updates and policy or regulatory changes
- Provide program management and operational oversight for enterprise Total Rewards initiatives, ensuring alignment with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and compliance requirements
- Partner with the Total Rewards Director to implement compensation and benefits strategies through structured project execution and cross-functional coordination
- Lead and coordinate Total Rewards projects, including system enhancements, policy updates, vendor implementations, and regulatory changes
- Partner with HRIS and Payroll to support benefit enrollment configuration, accrual program alignment, reporting accuracy, and system governance
- Develop, monitor, and report Total Rewards operational metrics, audits, and key performance indicators
- Coordinate retirement plan administration activities with vendors, including Form 5500 support, census reporting, and audit preparation
- Support implementation and administration of benefit programs including medical, dental, disability, life, retirement, and leave programs
- Coordinate vendor relationships and support service performance monitoring and issue resolution
- Support development and distribution of Total Rewards communications, including enrollment materials, handbook content, and caregiver-facing resources
- Deliver training and guidance to HR partners and leaders regarding benefits, compensation practices, and Total Rewards program processes
- Support cross-functional committees and initiatives impacting compensation, benefits, leave, and payroll-related programs
- Assist in monitoring compensation- and benefits-related costs and supporting budget tracking activities

Required Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience in Total Rewards, including benefits, compensation, payroll coordination, HRIS-supported program administration, or related program management Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Experience navigating HRIS systems and extracting data for reporting, auditing, or compliance support Working knowledge of IRS benefit plan requirements, FLSA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related federal and state regulations Demonstrated project management experience, including coordinating work across matrixed teams and stakeholders Strong analytical, reporting, written, and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
