Job Description Summary Job Description Essential Responsibilities Collaborate in the definition and control production process, including tooling and equipment Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools or equipment Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and contributes to technological developments in the team Work together with people from the business unit Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), document process changes, drive process/fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost of Quality (COQ) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements Qualifications/Requirements Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree with a relevant work experience Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain Proven analytical and organizational abilities Fluent Italian and English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Mechanical background/Degree is preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Effective problem identification and solution skills
