Job Details: Position Summary The Scaler Labor team member is responsible for accurately weighing poultry products, printing and applying product labels, recording weights, and ensuring product meets Tyson quality and food safety standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate product inventory and shipping records while supporting efficient production line operations. Essential Functions Weigh boxes or containers of poultry products using approved scale equipment. Accurately record product weights and production information on required documentation and manifests. Print and apply labels to product containers according to customer and company specifications. Verify product counts, weights, and labeling accuracy. Monitor scale operation and report any equipment issues to supervision. Maintain production flow by ensuring products are weighed and documented in a timely manner. Follow all Tyson Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Animal Welfare, and Workplace Safety policies. Keep work areas clean and sanitary following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Assist with product handling, packaging, and other production duties as assigned. Perform job rotation and cross-training assignments as needed to support operations. Work in a team environment to meet production goals and customer requirements. * The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
