Head of Operations (Equity Fund)

About the role

Our client is a highly successful boutique buy-side firm (equity long) in Singapore. As they enter their next phase of growth, they are looking to hire a driven Head of Operations & Compliance to institutionalise the business and support their close-knit team of investment professionals Reporting directly to the Founder, you will take hands-on ownership of the firm's middle and back-office functions. Key responsibilities include: Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle, NAV calculations, and fund accounting while designing and implementing institutional-grade operational workflows Manage the regulatory framework, ensure strict adherence to MAS guidelines, and handle all regulatory filings and AML/KYC Act as the primary liaison for prime brokers, fund administrators, auditors, and legal counsel Identify operational risks and establish robust internal controls skills and experience required 10+ years of experience in operations and compliance within the buy-side space Strong financial product knowledge Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with institutional investors and global service providers A proven track record of upgrading systems or setting up operational frameworks from scratch Solid understanding of MAS regulations Please click on the 'apply' button to apply online.
