Essential Job Functions: Support evolving ecommerce workflows and process improvements as systems and platform capabilities a T dvance. Product Attribution & Site Experience Support ongoing optimization of product attributes and taxonomy to improve customer navigation, conversion and merchandising flexibility Content & Copy Partner with ecommerce and creative teams to ensure digital content is accurate, timely and aligned with seasonal storytelling and customer experience goals. Site Merchandising & Execution Support adoption of new platform capabilities and tools that improve ecommerce execution and customer experience Reporting & Data Support Product Data & Setup Pull and prepare approved product data from PLM systems (Backbone) for ecommerce site execution. Utilize ecommerce systems and tools, including Excel and product management platforms to clean, organize and transform product data. Support accurate and efficient product onboarding and execution. Support ecommerce product readiness, including onsite categorization, customer-facing attributes, and digital merchandising execution Review and validate product information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with merchandising and customer experience goals. Execute and maintain product attribution and tagging to support navigation, filtering, search relevance and onsite navigation (e.g., color, fit, fabrication, category) Support creation and maintenance of product description and customer-facing content in alignment with brand guidelines and merchandising priorities Support onsite copy updates and product descriptions in alignment with brand voice Support product launches, collection updates, site content changes and promotional execution across the site Ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, promotional messaging and product availabiility Perform QA validation across product pages, navigation, search results and promotional experiences to ensure a seamless customer journey Compile and organize product and site data using Excel Support reporting needs and help identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, operational efficiency and ecommerce execution processes Education and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies: 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or related field Strong data management skills, including experience working with systems, product platforms and Excel (data manipulation and formulas required, i.e. vlookup/index match) Experience with PLM/PIM systems (Backbone or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience supporting digital content, copy updates and ecommerce merchandising execution. Understanding of ecommerce taxonomy, product attribution, site merchandising and customer navigation best practices Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and Shopify is a plus Comfort adapting to evolving systems, tools and ecommerce processes A detail-oriented, execution-focused mindset Interest in eCommerce, digital experience and product storytelling Ability to balance operational accuracy with brand presentation, merchandising priorities and customer experience needs. Starting Range: $75,000.
