Executive Director- Senior Living

Requirements

• The qualified candidate will Interpret the philosophy and goals of the Assisted Living Facility, ensuring that employees have the required training, skills and knowledge and practice good resident relations and care. The Executive Director will demonstrate desired supervisory techniques and resident and family interaction while delegating appropriate responsibility to the Department Heads to ensure a well-run facility.
• Must possess a valid administrator license
• Requires a minimum of two or more years of supervisory experience in an Assisted Living or related healthcare facility.
• Must have knowledge of facility maintenance codes, regulations, and requirements, including those from the Department of Health and Human Services.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to effectively address elder care issues and interact professionally with residents, their families, and staff.
