Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the organization's procure-to-pay platform

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain administration, materials management, or a related healthcare operations role
  • Experience working within a healthcare provider organization, ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or healthcare services environment
  • Experience supporting or administering electronic procurement or procure-to-pay systems
  • Strong understanding of purchasing workflows, item master management, pricing administration, and supply chain operations
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with operational, clinical, financial, and vendor stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives forward in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Experience administering ENVI or a comparable procure-to-pay platform
  • Experience working with GPO contracts, distributor relationships, and EDI purchasing processes
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations
  • Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) experience strongly preferred
  • CMRP, CPSM, or other healthcare supply chain or procurement certification

This role will play a critical part in ensuring contract, pricing, item master, and purchasing data are accurate, standardized, and scalable across our growing network of ambulatory surgery centers. The Procure-to-Pay Administrator will partner closely with center teams, supply chain leaders, GPOs, distributors, and operational stakeholders to improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance visibility into supply costs and purchasing activity.
