Project Management Executive (AI Livestreaming) (New Graduate is welcome)

Responsibilities

• Livestream Campaign Support
• Assist in managing the AI livestream campaign calendar across regional markets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all elements-script, talent/avatar setup, and livestream tools-are ready and aligned
• Help monitor the livestream process to ensure smooth execution and address minor issues during setup
• Script Creation & Content Prep
• Draft and edit livestream scripts based on brand guidelines and product goals
• Support in ensuring key promotional points, tone, and messaging are tailored for the right audience
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track livestream performance data (views, conversions, engagement)
• Collaborate with senior team members on content and scheduling adjustments based on insights
• Team Coordination
• Liaise with tech and production teams to ensure avatar software, livestream setup, and tools are functioning correctly
• Communicate with vendors, studios, or freelancers for livestream-related needs and help track delivery timelines
• Report directly to the Head of AnyLive & Global E-commerce.

Requirements

• Strong interest in livestreaming, content creation, or AI/tech-driven media
• Good writing skills in English (and other market languages is a plus) for scripting and basic content editing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce
• Excellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across markets
• Experience in e-commerce, live commerce, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.
