Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Safety, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in occupational health and safety management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation, occupational safety regulations, and OSHA/international HSE standards
• Experience conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage risks and corrective actions
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian and relevant HSE certifications are considered an advantage
