We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity DevOps Engineer / IAM Architect to support and evolve our enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Ping Identity technologies, modern cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and enterprise authentication integrations. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural and engineering capabilities with operational support experience, including production support, troubleshooting, and on-call responsibilities. This individual will play a critical role in expanding and modernizing our IAM ecosystem while improving resiliency, automation, monitoring, and user experience. Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of hands-on IAM engineering and support experience Expert-level proficiency with: PingFederate PingOne SSO PingOne MFA DaVinci Strong experience with: Microsoft 365 SSO integrations Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Hybrid identity environments Deep understanding of legacy Java/J2EE-based PingFederate custom adapters and components Experience building and supporting: Custom PCVs Data stores Complex federation integrations Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities Experience with scripting and automation using: Python PowerShell Shell scripting Experience with cloud-native and DevOps technologies including: GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) Terraform Helm Charts Git Jenkins Containerization technologies Experience supporting enterprise MFA rollouts and SSO enablement initiatives Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
