Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- PE Registration in Oregon or the ability to obtain an Oregon License within 1 year
- 10+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure
- Proven leadership in infrastructure rehabilitation and utility coordination
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater engineering
- Strong technical knowledge and practical field experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills
- Previous experience leading and mentoring junior staff
- Salary Range:
- $120,000-$150,000
