Required (Must-Have): High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance Basic computer skills Minimum of two years' experience delivering behavioral health services Minimum of one year of lead experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related field Ability to support individuals with significant mental health symptoms, including physical or verbal aggression, property destruction, chemical dependence, brain injury, and cognitive impairments Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and remain active for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated experience using de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and positive behavioral supports Strong observation, counseling and assessment skills Strong teamwork skills and openness to feedback Ability to work one-on-one and in group settings Strong time management and self-management skills We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
