Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

How you succeedWhat you doGovern and manage the New Product Approval (NPA) process, ensuring compliance with Group policies, risk governance standards, and regulatory expectations.Implement and maintain the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy and Procedure to effectively manage risks arising from third party arrangements, in alignment with regulatory expectations.Provide oversight, guidance and ensure consistency in NPA and TPRM governance, documentation, and approval standards across the Group.Monitor NPA and TPRM effectiveness and identify areas for process improvement or enhancement.Review NPA and TPRM assessments, due diligence outcomes, ongoing monitoring results, incident reports, and control effectiveness.Provide independent risk opinions and recommendations relating to NPA and TPRM matters.Prepare NPA and TPRM related reports and management information for senior management and governance committees.Support internal audit, regulatory reviews, and independent assurance activities related to NPA and TPRM.Promote organization wide awareness of NPA and TPRM requirements by designing and delivering NPA and TPRM training and guidance to stakeholders.Competitive base salary.
