Job Description Overall responsible person of the assigned project, ranging from Implementation, Project Resource Planning, Work Scheduling etc Prepare project budget, control and close monitoring of project financial status Lead and mentor project team members by setting key performance guidelines and procedures in achieving client's approval / satisfaction. Coordinate with all clients / clients' representative, project consultants and sub-contractors on all project related matters (e.g. Work sequence, resource planning, safety standards etc) Supervise and ensure all reports and records are prepared and maintained as required by the contract, statutory regulation and internally for the project Participate in Tender preparation, including technical proposals, interviews and any other form of meeting required Other ad-hoc duties being assigned by the Management from time to time Job Requirements Bachelor / Master's degree in civilengineering, recognised by Singapore PE Board CSC for Project Management Certified Relevant experience in project management, cost control etc Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Able to implement Construction Project Management good practices Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude Years of Experience At least 8 years of related work field experience, with minimum 10 years of experience in project management with the construction industry, focusing on civil engineering projects (e.g.Roadworks, Viaducts, tunnelling, utilities laying etc)
