Purpose of the role: To succeed in this role, you'll need to be proactive and flexible, with a strong focus on delivering results. You'll work closely with our branch staff to identify and resolve operational issues and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. You'll also need to be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to projects for Improving branch operation efficiency via centralization, automation and process simplification
- Support branches in various daily operational and administration matters.
- Prepare and conduct operational training for branch operation staff.
- Oversight on branch operation quality and control.
- Review and comment procedure manual to align with the operational workflow.
- Involve branch network planning and co-ordinate with stakeholders for branch modernization projects such as Branch Open/Closure
- Work with Human Resources Division on branch staffing matters such as resources planning, inter- branch staff transfer.
- Manage Branch Mystery Shopper Program.
Requirements
- Degree holder or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years retail banking experience with good knowledge on branch operations.
- Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
- Mature, proactive and able to work independently
- Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
