Requirements
- Experience building content pipelines and familiarity with publishing systems, and content management platforms.
- Strong understanding of how content is produced, packaged, localized and published at scale.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows and multiple stakeholders.
- 3 years of people management experience.
- At least five years in content localization or globalization management, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
- Experience leading teams in localization, content operations, publishing or program management.
- Experience working with global teams and regional partners.
- A systems mindset: you see patterns, dependencies, and opportunities for simplification.

As a Manager of Globalization Production at Riot Games, you will lead teams responsible for bringing Riot's content from creation to live for players around the world. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our creative game and content teams and our global audiences.
