What will you do:Contribute to the Technical Service training programs development and delivery at the La Crosse training center, regional Trane Commercial Sales Offices (CSO), and at various customer locations within Commercial HVAC Americas.Development of technical training courses using instructional systems design methodologies throughout the course design life cycle.Evaluation and update appointed training courses.Contribute to eLearning development acting as a content Subject Matter Expert (SME)Collaborate with engineering in new product development activities.Potential of 25-30% travel at certain times of the year can be required in support of customer, corporate, and field office training events,.Health insurance401(k)Paid time offParental leave
