About the role

As an Operations Specialist, you'll manage high-touch service interactions, escalations, and credential validations to ensure a seamless provider experience. You'll collaborate closely with multiple internal departments to support ongoing business operations and strengthen both facility and provider relationships. Where you'll work This is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Irving, Texas, head office. Once fully trained, you'll be in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), and work remotely the other two days. Typical hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate personal needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and manage high-touch credentialing tasks according to ShiftKey's standards.
  • Assist BPO partners and internal teams with escalations and inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all credentialing and service activities.
  • Identify, report, and escalate potential issues to leadership proactively.
  • Research and resolve customer escalations quickly and thoroughly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, data entry, or related fields required; 1+ years in healthcare compliance, credentialing, privileging, and/or quality preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment required; contact center experience preferred.
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in email correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace products.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
