JOB SUMMARY The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor provides direct oversight and coordination of pharmacy technicians supporting inpatient pharmacy services. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant medication preparation and distribution while supporting staffing, workflow optimization, regulatory readiness, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The supervisor serves as a key liaison between pharmacy leadership and frontline technicians, promoting accountability, professionalism, and high-quality patient care.
